CAISSE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS CTO / Architect at "Banque des territoires" The mission is to design the Digital Platform vision and technological trajectory. Focus is given on CRM reshapping, a global shift to the cloud and the implementation of new web flows. A parallel mission is to advise and accompany the CDC to deploy DevOps practices through the current SAFe trains.
DISNEYLAND PARIS Solution Architect Reshape the ecommerce platform. Frame the project, study solutions with the product and tech teams.
FIDAL Transition Manager - Director of studies In the context of a go-to-cloud move, conduct the roadmap to move more than 100 applications on Azure Help to change the mindset towards a more agile behaviour. Manage the team for a transitional period, introduce new agile culture and practices. 15 FTEs. 4.5 M€ budget.
STIME - Groupe Les Mousquetaires Transition Manager - Director of devops factory In the context of the digital transformation of STIME (internal ESN of "Musketeers") I developed and enriched devops practices from inside the operations department.
Management of the department supporting business projects for their operational needs (infrastructures, systems, middleware and configuration) during a transitional period. 30 FTEs, 4 M€ budget.

I built the product strategy in order to bring new value throughout inovations related to building maintenance.
I managed the development and delivery teams in 3 different locations : CANADA, INDIA, FRANCE. I fostered Agile practices as a way to make teams working together.
