In the context of the digital transformation of STIME (internal ESN of "Musketeers") I developed and enriched devops practices from inside the operations department.
- Management of the department supporting business projects for their operational needs (infrastructures, systems, middleware and configuration) during a transitional period. 30 FTEs, 4 M€ budget.
- Transformation of the department into Ops Factory promoting the adoption of DevOps practices and organizing cross-functional teams.
- Creation of the role of System Owner accompanying the Product Owner to support operational topics within the feature team.
- Instantiation of a Devops community bringing together various skills and talents in order to progress on Agile practices.
