    The mission is to design the Digital Platform vision and technological trajectory. Focus is given on CRM reshapping, a global shift to the cloud and the implementation of new web flows.
    A parallel mission is to advise and accompany the CDC to deploy DevOps practices through the current SAFe trains.

    In the context of a go-to-cloud move, conduct the roadmap to move more than 100 applications on Azure

    Manage the team for a transitional period, introduce new agile culture and practices. 15 FTEs. 4.5 M€ budget.

    Transition Manager - Director of devops factory
    In the context of the digital transformation of STIME (internal ESN of "Musketeers") I developed and enriched devops practices from inside the operations department.
    • Management of the department supporting business projects for their operational needs (infrastructures, systems, middleware and configuration) during a transitional period. 30 FTEs, 4 M€ budget.
    • Transformation of the department into Ops Factory promoting the adoption of DevOps practices and organizing cross-functional teams.
    • Creation of the role of System Owner accompanying the Product Owner to support operational topics within the feature team.
    • Instantiation of a Devops community bringing together various skills and talents in order to progress on Agile practices.
  • My mission was to transform the internal IT department into a business market oriented structure. The main purpose was to build an innovative and disruptive platform for marketing project management.
  • I changed the mindset, the IT organization, the processes and methods to drive the group towards a new step fully including the digital added value into the marketing offer.
  • Planon is a Dutch company specialized in IWMS and leader of Magic quadrant in its
    domain. Planon Site Alpha is the French location editing the CMMS application SamFM.
    SamFM is a SaaS leader solution for building maintenance system in France.
  • I built the product strategy in order to bring new value throughout inovations related to building maintenance.
  • I managed the development and delivery teams in 3 different locations : CANADA, INDIA, FRANCE. I fostered Agile practices as a way to make teams working together.
  • I implemented devops practices to create a pipe of value delivery from design to the deployment. I gathered development, operations an support teams into a single leadership to facilitate interactions and responsiveness, and the feature team mindset.
  • I led the infrastructure strategy in order to ensure the SaaS services of the application
  • As a Project Director, I led two major projects :

    • La poste: eBoutique's implementation with Hybris solution(Major editor for eCommerce solutions). Project was representing 3000 md.
    • Orange : I managed the maintenance for Orange group BI applications. Annual business respresented around 9000 md and 3.5 Euros Millions.
  • TEXA is specialized in claim management and buildings' expertise.

  • EDI system implementation with insurances companies (ORACLE DATA INTEGRATOR)

    • BI system's implementation (COGNOS)

    • Study about optimization plan for the expert turns. Proposal based upon a constraint engine
